Call for abstracts
Abstract submission will be open March 1 through July 1, 2009.
Abstracts must successfully pass through peer review for presentation at the meeting. All participants planning on attending the meeting are welcome to submit abstracts to be viewed throughout the meeting as posters and presented at a dedicated plenary session on Friday September 11, 2009. The highest quality abstracts will also be selected for a 10 min oral presentation during the meeting (Note: Junior investigators who are being sponsored for an oral presentation are also required to submit an abstract and are encouraged to present the same data in the Poster session on Friday).
Authors are discouraged from submitting multiple abstracts.
Authors will be notified of the results of the review process before August 1, 2009.
Disclosure of conflict of interest
The abstract will appear in print as submitted. Please note that the conflict of interest form must also be completed. You will receive confirmation of your submission via email.
Confirmation of receipt of Abstract
You will be sent an acknowledgement via email to confirm that your abstract has been received.
Publication of Abstracts
Abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book. A copy of the Conference Abstract Book will be given to all delegates who attend the Conference.
Audio visual
The following equipment will be provided. Power point data projection with single screens will be the only method of projection available in the session room.

Speakers' Preparation
Presenters will be asked to upload their presentation during the break before their session.
